Go Go Avocado started the way most great things do — with a folding table, a dream, and a Saturday morning at the Gilbert Farmers Market. Angel Diaz and Cynthia Chavarin began selling their signature avocado toasts on weekends, and the lines kept growing. Customers came back every week, brought their friends, and told their families. What started as a pop-up became a community.

That energy led Angel and Cynthia to take the leap and open Arizona's first permanent Avocado Toast Bar. Today, Go Go Avocado is at home at 707 S Farmer Ave in Tempe — a neighborhood spot built on the same values that started it all: real ingredients, local farmers, and food made with care every single time.
